One Bracelet: Five Ways
If you’re looking to invest in one piece of special jewellery this year, make it a dainty, feminine bracelet. The metal friendship-type bracelets are particularly on trend, as well as particularly versatile, which is why they make for a great investment within your jewellery collection.
You don’t need to go for an overly expensive bracelet either, and a local jewellers will stock a variety of bracelets to suit both differing styles and budgets. What’s more, buy just one bracelet and you’ll be able to wear it at least five ways...
If you’ve bought yourself a pretty, delicate little bracelet, you’ll be able to wear it plenty of ways, and Boho chic is a great start for this type of piece.
If it’s gold, team it with plenty of cheaper coloured bracelets in the same size. If it’s silver, why not add lots of cheaper silver chains to your wrist, or double up a long necklace as a bracelet?
Demonstrate the fine art of luxury and team your special piece of jewellery with other bracelets in the same metal, or perhaps even a tiny string of pearls. Sparkles will also work well, as long as you keep the metal of all of the bracelet layers the same; don’t mix and match if you want to look luxurious.
When buying an investment bracelet, if you’re looking for luxury, as your jeweller how you can style it up to give that overtly luxurious feel.
Just because you’re wearing a post bracelet, it doesn’t mean that you can’t dress it down for those more casual weekends. A dainty gold bracelet will look at home alongside some of the aforementioned boho bracelets and a festival wristband will complete that completely cool look.
If you’re investing in a silver bracelet, monochrome offers a striking look. Add tiny strings of white beads or pearls – your local jeweller will be able to point you in the right direction of what will work with your new piece – and striking black gemstone bracelets, possibly in a slightly chunkier style.
A single silver luxury bracelet in the midst of this styling will really strike a stunning chord.
Of course, there’s no reason to style up a beautiful bracelet if you don’t want to. Wearing solely the bracelet will create a beautiful jewellery statement, and will show off the piece to its best advantage. So go bold and go bare and display your beautiful bracelet with pride!
